We (Sue and I) have great and fond memories of Ivor and also Betty - we go back to the days at working for Shell and also not living to far away when they were in Hayes. We recently saw Ivor not long after his move in October to the Nursing home - he was in good spirits and still very sharp and 'on the ball' - so to speak! An amazing friend over the years - and never short of putting the world to right! He will be sadly missed for his humour and character and also his smiles when we visited him on our annual trips to the area. RIP Ivor - 'ALL ALIVE' (one of his many sayings!)
